Maharashtra HSC Time Table 2026: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary (MSBSHSE) conducted the Maharashtra HSC 2026 exam from February 10 to March 11, 2026. Maharashtra HSC result 2026 is expected to be announced in May. Last year, it was announced on May 5. Students can check their results online by logging with the required credentials. Q:   Will MSBSHSE conduct Maharashtra 12th supplementary exams for all subjects?
A: 

Yes, the Board conducts Maharashtra 12th supplementary exam for the subjects which students are not able to clear. Maharashtra board Class 12 supplementary exams will be conducted between June 24 and July 16, 2025.

Students who were unable to clear their Maharashtra HSC exams in one or two subjects and those who wish to improve their marks can apply and appear for the supplementary/improvement exams.  

Q:   Will we get sufficient time to prepare for the Maharashtra 12th exams once they begin?
A: 

Yes, MSBSHSE provides sufficient preparation leaves for you to prepare for the exams. Students are advised to finish their syllabus and practice the sample papers well ahead in time so as to avoid any panic situation once exams begin.

Maharashtra HSC Exam Day Instructions

The exam day guidelines for Maharashtra HSC exam are given below.

  • Reach the examination hall at least half an hour before the reporting time
  • Take a printout of the Maharashtra HSC hall ticket 2026, as the soft copy will not be allowed in the examination. Keep the admit card and other required documents safely
  • Use only blue or black ink pens for the examination
  • Do not use any unfair means during the exam
  • Using electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, etc is not allowed.

The Maharashtra HSC exam consists of mix of objective (MCQs), very short answer, short answer and long answer questions. 25 per cent questions are MCQs while remaining 75 per cent covers subjective, analytical and descriptive type questions.
