WBCHSE Exams 2026: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) is expected to announce the West Bengal HS result 2026 in April 2026. The result will be announced on the Board's website. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their WBCHSE Uccha Madhyamik result 2026 by logging in with the required credentials. The Board will announce the result date one or two days before the declaration of the same. Along with the result, the toppers list is also made available. 

WBCHSE 2026 exam was conducted from February 12 to 27. Over 7.10 lakh candidates have appeared for WBCHSE exam in three categories across the state. Out of the 7,10,811 candidates, 6,35,864 appeared for the fourth semester examinations, and 59,452 appeared for third semester supplementary tests. WB HS Hall Ticket 2026

WBCHSE released the WB HS admit card 2026 on January 28, 2026. Schools can download the WBCHSE hall ticket 2026 and get it signed by the school principal. They can also collect the hard copies of the admit cards from the centres. Students need to collect their admit card from schools and carry it on all exam days. No student will be allowed to write the exam without it.

West Bengal Board of Higher Secondary Education will release the compartment date sheet soon after the declaration of the result. About WB HS 12th 2026

WBCHSE conducts WB 12th examinations every year. The Board prescribes the syllabus, books, and exam pattern and decides on the exam dates. Students must go through the syllabus, and exam pattern and solve as many previous years' ques papers to ace the examinations.

WBCHSE conducted semester-wise examinations in classes 11 and 12 starting this year. The WB Board released the WB HS syllabus and exam pattern on the official website. Q:   Can I go to washroom during WB HS board exam?

When appearing for the WB HS board exams, you must feel relaxed and comfortable. Yes, you will be allowed to go to the washroom during the examination but only once and with an invigilator. Students often use washroom for using unfair means and cheat in board exams, however, they must know that the invigilator can frisk them anytime during the exam duration. So, it is recommended to use washroom only when needed.

WBCHSE board is strictly against the practise of using any unfair means during the examinations. The board is actively working to prevent and discourage any malpractice during board examinations every year. 

So, you are advised to go through the WB HS syllabus and solve as many previous years question papers and sample papers to avoid cheating during the WBCHSE board exams.

The WB HS exam timings are from 9:50 am to 12 pm. The duration of the exam is 2 hours, and students get 10 minutes extra to read question paper.
