NIFT GAT

NIFT GAT stands for General Ability Test. It is a part of NIFT Stage 1 Entrance Examination. It will be conducted in computer-based mode. 30% weightage is given to GAT in programmes like B.Des, B.F.Tech and M.Des. For PG programmes, like MFM and M.F.Tech, GAT weightage is 70%. The time given is 2 hours and is conducted in the first shift for all the UG and PG programmes.
