JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE has released an advisory regarding the TS EAMCET 2021 examination. The authority has released some of the important precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the students along with TS EAMCET exam day guidelines and important instructions. Apart from maintaining decorum in the TS EAMCET exam centre, candidates need to follow social distancing, wear masks, download Arogya Setu App etc. Below are the complete guidelines about dos and don’ts for TS EAMCET 2021 examination and COVID-19 Special Instructions.

TS EAMCET 2021: COVID-19 Special Instructions
- Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue until the exit from the exam venue
- Candidates need to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points
- Candidates must bring their own Mask and a simple pen
- Candidates may also bring gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml) and a transparent water bottle (if the candidates wish)
- It is mandatory for candidates to have Aarogya Setu App installed on their mobile phones
- The Aarogya Setu dashboard must show the candidate’s risk factor
- A candidate will have to show this dashboard to the Security Guard at the entrance of the exam venue. In case a candidate does not have a smartphone, they will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration is provided along with TS EAMCET 2021 admit card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entrance of the exam venue.
- The temperature of candidates will be checked at the entrance of the exam venue via a Thermo Gun. Candidates with high temperature or other COVID-19 symptoms will be seated in a separate exam room/lab/hall for the safety of everyone.
- Mapping of ‘Candidate Hall Ticket Number and the room/hall/Lab Number’ will not be displayed outside the exam venue, instead, it will be provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry to the exam centre after the verification of their Admit Card and ID.
- At the registration desk, the candidates will be directed to sanitize their hands using the sanitizer provided.
TS EAMCET 2021 exam: Do's
- Report at the Test centre at least 2 hours before the commencement of the exam.
- Check your Email and the Mobile number given in the application for receiving official messages related to TS EAMCET 2021
- Download Hall Ticket in time and verify your personal information and Test Center address
- Photograph will be captured during the registration process.
- Candidates are required to report at the exam venue entrance as per the time slot allotted to them via SMS or email on their registered mobile number/email prior to the TS EAMCET exam date.
- Candidates should strictly adhere to this time slot as entry into the test centre will be provided based on the individual’s time slot only.
The candidate shall carry into the examination hall only the following details below:
- Black / Blue Ball Point Pen
- Filled in Online Application form
- TS EAMCET 2021 Hall Ticket
- Community certificate for SC/ST candidate
- Self Declaration form
For rough work, a booklet will be provided in the examination hall.
TS EAMCET 2021: Don’ts
Candidates are advised not to do any one of the following:
Explore colleges based on TS EAMCET
- Carrying of calculators, mathematical/log tables, pagers, cell phones, watches, any other electronic gadgets, and loose sheets of paper into the examination hall is strictly prohibited
- Candidates should not rush while entering the examination; social distancing is necessary for the entrance test
- No other items will be permitted inside the exam venue except all those mentioned above
- The keyboard is not required during examination
- Candidates will not be allowed into the test center even if they are late by a minute after the commencement of the test and not allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination (i.e.,12 noon in forenoon session and 6 pm in the afternoon session) under any circumstances.
TS EAMCET 2021 will be held from August 4 to 6 for the engineering stream while the agricultural stream will be held from August 9 and 10. The forenoon session will be held from 9 am to 12 noon while the afternoon will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm. The result of TS EAMCET 2021 will be declared online in the third week of August. On the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test, candidates are called for the TS EAMCET 2021 counselling process.
