VIT University Scholarship!
VIT University is offering scholarship programs to upto 1000 VITEEE 2017 rank holders under “GV School Development Programme” (GVSDP). As per the information released on the official website of VIT University, upto 1000 rank holders will be awarded the scholarship of Rs.50,000 for all the four years. On the other hand, the rank holder’s upto 10001 to 20000 will be offered Rs.25000 as scholarship for all the four years.
VITEEE 2017 is a national level examination, conducted by VIT University for admissions to the B.Tech programmes in the University. This year the exam was held from April 5 to 16, 2017.
The results for VITEEE 2017 will be declared on or before April 24, on the official website itself.

To help deserving students get high quality education at VIT, the university has instituted special Scholarships. Dr. Viswanathan said that Central and state board toppers would get 100 percent fee waiver for all four years.

Terms and Conditions:
- First year scholarship will be applicable based on rank as above
- From second year onwards Scholarship will be applicable for each year subject to the student scoring CGPA of 8.0 or above, required Attendance and student not indulging in indisciplinary activities.
Note: Students can avail the scholarship only after joining the institute.

Advance fee in VIT is partial amount that must be paid after seat allotment to book allocated seat. It can vary for different categories. Once candidate makes payment, he/she is not allowed to attend further rounds of counselling.

The advance fee payment in VITEEE is a partial amount that must be paid after seat allotment to confirm your admission. On the other hand, the balance fee is the remaining tuition fee for that academic year that finalises your enrolment.

VITMEE is the entrance exam conducted for M.Tech programme admission and VITEEE is conducted for admission to BTech programmes. However, the selection and counselling process remains to be the same.

In VITEEE, VIT mainly focuses on class 12th syllabus than 11th standard syllabus. To score 300 to 400 marks in VIT exam, we advise to -
- Cover 12th syllabus first
- Solve PYQs and mock test
