West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has announced the WBJEE 2023 seat allotment result for the mop-up round at wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates can now check their WBJEE seat allotment 2023 results by logging in using the required credentials. No other mode has been used to declare the seat allotment result of WBJEE 2023. The allotment of seats has been done as per the candidate's preference, rank and availability of the seat. Candidates who have been allocated seats will have to exercise the available options on or before the due date i.e., August 24. WBJEE 2023 Seat Allotment Process

Candidates who are allotted seats have to report to their allotted institute for document verification and admission. If in case any candidate is not satisfied with the allotment of seats, he/she will have the option of upgradation to be considered in the next round of seat allotment. However, the facility to upgrade or withdraw seats was available only till the second round of WBJEE seat allotment.

WBJEE 2025 result has been announced. Candidates can now access the WBJEE result 2025 online at wbjeeb.nic.in by logging in using their application form number and date of birth. The scores and ranks obtained in the entrance examination have been released through the result of WBJEE 2025. The authorities will not use any other mode to declare the result. Candidates will be able to download their result in the form of a rank card.

Yes. The authorities of WBJEEB have announced the list of WBJEE 2025 toppers. The list of the top rankers in the entrance examination is now available. Aniruddha Chakrabarti has secured the top rank in WBJEE 2025, followed by Samyajyoti Biswas and Dishaanth Basu in second and third rank, respectively.

Q:   What are the steps to access the WBJEE result?
A: 

WBJEE 2025 result link is now available at wbjeeb.nic.in. The candidates will not be able to access their scores through any offline mode i.e., through post, email or physically. To access the WBJEE result, the candidates will have to visit the official website, click on the result link and log in using their application number and date of birth. The candidates will be able to download the result in the form of a WBJEE rank card.

Step 2: Accept, upgrade the seat

Candidates who are allotted seats have the option to accept the allotment and physically report at the allotted institute for document verification and a seat allotment letter. Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotment result can choose an upgradation of seats and wait for further rounds of seat allotment.

Step 3: Report at the allotted institute for document verification

Candidates who have accepted the WBJEE seat allotment result basis their preference can report to their allotted institute for the document verification process. Verified candidates will be issued with a provisional allotment letter.

Q:   Will I receive WBJEE result offline?

No, The authorities will release the WBJEE result online. No other mode will be used to release the WBJEE result/rank card. Candidates will be required to log in online using their application number and date of birth to access the result or rank card of WBJEE 2025. Since the rank card will be required during the WBJEE counselling process, the candidates are advised to keep it safe until the end of the admissions. A print out of the rank card has to be taken as soon as it is released online.

Q:   Will WBJEE result and rank card be different?
A: 

No, the rank card and result of WBJEE 2025 will not be different. The WBJEE result will be declared in the form of rank cards. To download, candidates will have to log in at the official website using the required credentials. Once the candidates check their obtained scores and ranks in the WBJEE 2025 result, they will be able to download it in the form of rank card. It is to be noted that the rank card is an extremely important documents so the candidates will have to possess it until the end of the admission process. In case of any mistakes in the rank card, the authorities have to be immediately informed.

Q:   Can I re-evaluate WBJEE result?
A: 

No, the authorities do not provide any facility to the candidates to re-evaluate their WBJEE result. The allotment of ranks is done as per the performance of the candidates in the entrance examination. In case there is a mistake in the information provided in the result, then the candidates can contact the authorities. However, the authorities will not accept requests for corrections in the allotted marks or ranks.

WBJEE 2023 Cutoff

WBJEE 2023 cutoff (opening & closing ranks) 2023 for rounds 1, 2 and the mop-up round is now available. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has released the WBJEE opening and closing ranks in three rounds for various programmes offered by WBJEE colleges basis the availability of seats.

As mentioned earlier, since WBJEE colleges offer 10% of the total BTech seats at self-financing engineering & technology institutes through JEE Main, WBJEEB also releases the cut-offs for candidates applying through JEE Main scores.

If you belong to the OBC, SC, ST, EWS or PWD HS category, then yes, you can get a seat at KGEC with a rank of 600 in the WBJEE entrance examination.
