It is important to dedicate a minimum of nine hours a day for preparation and practice more.
Many deemed universities in India ask students to give their standard college tests other than national tests that lessen the chance of getting into a particular college of choice. Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a common admission test for Symbiosis institute and the exam pattern varies every year. So, without proper preparation, it's quite difficult to crack the exam.
Sharing my personal experience, I would like to tell that I appeared for SNAP and I scored 78. Unfortunately, I was not eligible for Symbiosis Pune campus. It was quite disheartening but then ultimately it's a failure that teaches you a lesson. Overcoming failure is where your potential lies, so in order to overcome this loss, I appeared for a few exams such as CMAT with even more hard work and dedication. Even if you fall it's important to rise up, be diligent and dedicated to work. In order to shortlist for good MBA colleges, it's important to know opinion from family and online websites such as Shiksha, where rankings of different good colleges in India are given.

Not all colleges in India have separate exams similar to SNAP. Common exam, the score of which is considered by every college in India, is CAT. Other than that, some institutes in India also take CMAT score as a baseline because this exam is easier to crack than CAT.
India's best institutes which come under A category, including all the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), only take CAT scores as criteria and doesn't accept any other exam scores. XLRI conducts XAT exam just like Symbiosis institute but again it needs core preparation. Category B business schools, accept CAT, CMAT and MAT scores, but are again not easy to crack without hard work. Average cut off scores for CAT almost every year comes around 95 per cent, depending on different IIMs.
CMAT and MAT scores are somewhat lenient scores around 85 per cent. To increase your chances of getting into the best schools in India, it's important to dedicate a minimum of nine hours a day with utmost sincerity and dedication. Unless you have the zeal in you, it's impossible to get into the best college in India. Speed is the first basic thing to get hold off, unless you have the speed you'll never be able to attempt all questions.
Time management is another important aspect because wasting more time in one question, it will eat your time for attempting others. Practising more and more questions will give you an edge over others because you will be familiar with questions and you can complete the exam fast and revise.
Basic communication skills will drive you through the verbal section and one can easily crack it by reading more and more books, also practising. Dedication and hard work is the ultimate key to success in the entrance exam and failure is an integral part of the success and to attaining more heights

Clearing SNAP exam is not the only requirement for admission to SIU MBA admission. Candidates have to also clear the Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) for selection.

Symbiosis Skills and Professional University MBA applicants must track SNAP and MAT dates because these exams happen earlier. If you miss the registration for these national tests, you might lose a chance to apply here. Each exam has its own schedule for registration, hall tickets, and results. You

About 20-30 full-length and sectional mocks will be enough for you to crack SNAP exam with high scores. However, make sure you analyse every mock performance and learn from it.

Yes, six months are enough to prepare for SNAP exam. Divide six months into two parts; first three months for syllabus coverage and last three months for mock test practice and revision.
