The NEET 2025 application form process concluded on March 7, 2025. The National Testing Agency released the NEET 2025 application form on February 7, 2025. NTA conducted the NEET 2025 application correction window from March 9 to March 11, 2025. Unlike previous years, the NTA did not extend the last date for submitting the NEET 2025 application form or reopen the application window. The exam authorities had released an advisory and reminder to complete the NEET 2025 registration and application process within the stipulated date.

According to NTA, the total number of NEET 2025 registrations received was 22,76,069. Out of 22,09,318 candidates who had appeared for the exam, 12,36,531 candidates have qualified. As compared to last year, the NEET 2025 total number of applicants and test takers has decreased.
