BTech in Design: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has announced the launch of a new four-year undergraduate programme, i.e., BTech in Design, starting from the academic year 2025β26. This programme will be offered by the Department of Design and is aimed at students with a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and social innovation.
The course is designed to address real-world socio-technical problems through a blend of engineering and design thinking.
B.Tech in Design Admission Criteria
Admission to the B.Tech. in Design programme will be based on:
- JEE (Advanced) rankings
- UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) qualification
Aspirants must qualify both JEE Advanced and UCEED to be eligible for admission.
