MH CET Law 2027 Application (5 Yr LLB): Eligibility, How to Apply, Application Fee & Documents

MH CET Law 2027 Candidature Type

To understand the MH CET Law eligibility criteria, candidates also need to know the candidature type, which is one of the factors affecting candidates' eligibility for the entrance exam. 

• Maharashtra State (MS) candidature type
• Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) or All India category candidature type
• Foreign Nationals
• Non Resident Indians (NRI) / Overseas Indian Citizen (OIC) / Person of Indian Origin (PIO) candidature type
• Minority category candidature type
• Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) candidature type
• Ex-servicemen (wards of ex-servicemen or defence force members) candidature type

Note: 

• Candidates who finished Class 10 and Class 12 at an open school or via distance learning but did not have regular basic education from Class 1 to 10 are ineligible for the MH CET Law.
• Candidates who have completed their basic regular education from Class 1 to Class 10 and Class 12 from an open college, university, or distance learning institution are eligible for the MH CET Law exam.

Students can follow the below steps to apply for MH CET Law 2027 exam. The registration process, application fee and other details are mentioned below. 

MHCET Law Registration Process 2027

• Visit, cetcell.mahacet.org.
• Click on the exam portal available on the website's home page.
• The admission portal will redirect you to a new page. Here, you need to click on the MAH-LLB/LLB option.
• Then, click on "New Registration"
• Enter details like your name, email ID, mobile number, and select a password.

• Log in to the candidate account.
• Enter educational, personal, and contact details.
• Ensure that the data entered is correct and verifiable, as otherwise your candidature may be rejected.

Pay the MHCET Law Application Fee

Candidates can pay the application fee for MHCET Law admissions through Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/ Visa/ Maestro/ MasterCard), IMPS, Cash Cards, Mobile Wallets, or NetBanking. The application fee to be paid by candidates of each category is as follows.

Submit the Application Form

• Once candidates submit the application fee, they will be provided with an e-receipt informing about the payment received from their end.
• Candidates are advised to take a clear print of this e-receipt of the application fee payment.
• After this, candidates can preview the information provided by them, and once they are sure that all the information fields are correctly filled, they have to click on the ‘Final Submit’ button.
• On completing this, the application process for MHCET Law 2027 is complete.

If you are going to fill out the MH CET Law 2027 application form, you must read the following guidelines:

• Pay the application fee or registration fee before the last application date for your respective law course. If you fail to do so, your application will not be considered. 
• Fill out the application only if you meet the eligibility criteria; otherwise, your application will be rejected. 
• Do not fill out the wrong details. If the verification of the entered details fails, your admission will be cancelled.

The CET Cell will open the MH CET Law 2027 form correction window. Students who fill out and submit the application form before the deadline will be eligible to make corrections during the form correction process if required. The following are the editable details:

• Gender

Any request for the MH CET Law application form correction of the form via handwritten notes, postal mail, WhatsApp, email, fax, etc., will not be entertained or considered. Candidates who register for the exam but not paid the application fee will not be allowed to edit their forms and make the payment. The State CET Cell Maharashtra urges the candidates to be very careful while making corrections to the MH CET Law 2027 application form, as they will not be allowed to make further changes to the form after submitting the corrections once.
