OUAT 2025 Counselling: Campus Reporting, Course Fees, Schedule & Documents Verification

OUAT Counselling Process Dates were published online on the official portal for the final round/Round 4. The document verification process and the seat allotment process were held on November 24, 2025. The OUAT dates were out for PG, UG and PhD courses. The date for students to report to campus was November 15, 2025.

For those students who were sponsored by the state government, the starting date for the OUAT Entrance Exam was August 14, 2025. The classes for the academic session 2025-26 began on September 15, 2025. The commencement date was changed from August 18, 2025, without mentioning any specific reason.  

The spot counselling round consists of important information such as category, colleges allotted to the selected students, admission fees, number of seats filled and total seats available, name of the courses, and more. For more information, students must go through this entire Shiksha page.
