SSC CHSL 2025 Exam: Date, City Slip, Admit Card, Vacancy (3131), Pattern & Syllabus

SSC CHSL 2025 exam will begin in the fourth week of October. The Commission will soon release the SSC CHSL city intimation slip 2025 for Tier 1 exam. The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CHSL admit card around 2 to 3 days before the exam. SSC CHSL Exam 2025

The Staff Selection Commission will soon announce the SSC CHSL 2025 new exam dates for the Tier 1 exam. The Commission has announced to conduct the Tier 1 exam from the fourth week of October 2025. The SSC CHSL Tier 1 was earlier scheduled from September 8 to 18, 2025. However, the CHSL 10+ 2 exam was postponed due to the conduct of SSC CGL 2025 exam on the same dates. The revised SSC exam calendar 2025 will be released soon, informing the candidates about the new CHSL exam dates. The CHSL (10+2) notification and application form were released on June 23, 2025. Candidates got around one month to fill out the SSC CHSL application form. The last date to apply online for the SSC CHSL exam was July 18, 2025. Candidates needed to register for the exam and complete the SSC OTR Registration to apply online.

The SSC CHSL application correction dates were July 25 - 26, 2025. The application status for the SSC CHSL 2025 will be released soon. SSC CHSL 2025 Notification

The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) notification was released on its official website on June 23, 2025. The Commission notified all the important aspects related to the exam, such as the vacancies, dates, eligibility, age limit, salary, syllabus, exam pattern and other important aspects of the exam. SSC CHSL 2025 Eligibility Criteria

SSC CHSL Nationality Requirement

A candidate must be either of the following:

1. A citizen of India
2. A subject of Nepal
3. A subject of Bhutan
4. A person of Indian origin migrated from either/or Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam to permanently settle in India

Educational Qualifications Required for SSC CHSL 2025

The candidates can see below the educational qualifications required to apply online for the SSC CHSL 2025 exam.

A candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board or university. Candidates appearing in the Class 12 exam are also eligible to apply.

SSC CHSL 2025 Age Limit

The age criteria in the SSC CHSL 2025 exam will be the most important aspect of the SSC CHSL eligibility criteria. The candidates should note that the Staff Selection Commission has changed the SSC CHSL 2025 age cutoff date to August 1, 2025, for this year’s exam. The age of the candidates will be calculated from August 1 of the exam year. 

A candidate must be between 18 and 27 years of age to apply for the exam. Candidates born not before August 2, 1997, and not later than August 1, 2006, are eligible to apply for the exam.

The candidates are required to fill out the SSC CHSL 2025 online applications on the official website – ssc.gov.in with the help of SSC One-Time Registration (OTR) credentials.

SSC CHSL 2025 Live Photo Capture Requirements

The candidates should note that the Commission has started the Live photo capture facility from the year 2024. The candidates will be required to take their picture from the computer system/laptop during the SSC CHSL application filling process. The candidates are required to click on the capture live picture button given in the application form. The candidates should arrange the following things before the photo capture

1. Find a place with good light and a plain background.
2. Camera should be at eye level.
3. Position yourself directly in front of the camera and look straight.
4. Do not wear a cap, mask, glasses or spectacles.

SSC CHSL 2025 Application Fee

The Staff Selection Commission conduct the SSC CHSL exam in online mode only and the Commission charges only a nominal fee from the candidates. The candidates can see the SSC CHSL fee.

There will be no application fee for females.

SSC CHSL 2025 Syllabus 

The SSC CHSL syllabus is the most important component of the SSC CHSL exam preparation. The Staff Selection Commission notified all the topics of the SSC CHSL exam. The Commission will release the official SSC CHSL syllabus in the official notification. The Commission will mention all the topics of the SSC CHSL syllabus. There are two tiers in the SSC CHSL exam. The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CHSL 2025 admit card through its official regional websites. The candidates should note that the Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CHSL 2025 City Intimation Slip notice on the central website, and the Commission will inform that the SSC CHSL admit card will follow soon.

SSC CHSL 2025 Answer Key

The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CHSL 2025 answer key within a week of the completion of the exam. The Commission will also ask the candidates to send their objections against the incorrect answers given in the official SSC CHSL answer key. The Commission will prepare the final SSC CHSL answer key.
