Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the 17th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on August 20, 2023. The CTET 2023 Paper 1 was held from 9.30 am to 12.00 noon and Paper 2 from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. Candidates who appeared for the exam shared that the overall difficulty level of the CTET 2023 Paper 1 was 'Moderate'. According to the NCTE notification, candidates require 60% or more to pass the CTET examination. The minimum marks required by a candidate being a General category to qualify the CTET exam is 90 out of 150 and for SC, ST, OBC and PwD is 82 out of 150.
