The LPU CUET admission process 2026 will begin after National Testing Agency conducts Common University Entrance Test and declares the result. Yes, you will have to appear for the CUET counselling rounds of the central universities. Admission to central universities is offered based on CUET UG scores. Candidates must note that class 12th marks will not be considered for final admission to UG courses of central universities. Class 12th marks are used for tie-breaking criteria. Candidates must ensure to appear for Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate courses to qualify for counselling rounds.
CUET UG 2025 counselling is being conducted seperately by each participating institute. CUET 2025 accepting colleges/universities releases the CUET UG 2025 counselling application form. Candidates must fill the application form to appear for the admission process. On the basis of the details entered by the candidates, merit list or cut off list is prepared. Candidates seeking admission at LPU through CUET 2026 must score over the minimum cut-off required for admission. Candidates must register themselves & complete the online application process through the official LPU admission portal. Candidates can check the space below for process to complete their application process for admission to courses at Lovely Professional University for the academic cycle 2026-27.

- Register yourself on the LPU official website using personal & communication details & generate login credentials.
- Sign in/log in to the LPU Admit Portal using your credentials.
- After logging in, navigate to the dashboard, select the desired course/discipline you are interested in pursuing, and continue with the application form.
- Upload all relevant documents, including scanned copies of passport size photo, signature, and other mandatory documents.
- After uploading the LPU CUET form, the applicant will have two options.
- Appear for LPUNEST Exam: Based on LPUNEST exam score, candidatea can secure a seat in the desired programme immediately upon meeting the admission criteria.
- Apply through CUET Only: Admission will be considered based on the candidate's CUET scores and the university's admission criteria.
- If a candidate has selected CUET in the previous step then they have to pay the category-wise application fee in online mode.

From CUET UG 2026 onwards, candidates can now choose for five CUET subjects. Earlier, the subject choices were six. With the rediuction in number of CUET subjects, the choices have been reduced.
