NTA opened JEE Main form correction window on April 6 for the session 1 exam. All registered candidates were allowed to modify the details in their filled application form up to April 8. NTA has rescheduled the session 1 and 2 JEE Main 2022 exam dates. NTA will conduct the session 1 exam from June 23 to 29 while session 2 will be held from July 21 to 30.

Documents Required to Fill JEE Main 2022 Application Form

Candidates need to have certain documents which are required during JEE Mains registration 2022. The complete list of documents required to fill JEE Main 2022 application form is provided here

  • Scanned images of the passport size coloured photograph and signature

JEE Main 2022 Registration Step by Step Procedure

The process of JEE Main registration 2022 is an online process consisting of several steps. Candidates need to complete each step in order to apply for JEE Main 2022. Candidates can check here complete procedure to fill JEE Main 2022 application form

Candidates need to complete each step without which JEE Main registration will not be completed. After filling out the application form, candidates need to download and take its printout.

Step 1- JEE Main 2022 Registration

This is the first step in filling JEE Main application form. During JEE Main 2022 registration, candidates need to provide details about their name, email ID, and phone number. Candidates also need to create a log-in password of their choice which will be required for all future login. After the completion of the registration process, candidates will receive their JEE Main registration number in their email ID and mobile phone number.

Step 2- Fill JEE Main 2022 Application Form

After the completion of the registration process, candidates will need to fill in their details JEE Main application form. In this step, candidates will need to provide details about educational qualifications, parents' names, exam centre preferences, and other details.

Step 3- Upload Scanned Documents

Candidates will need to upload their scanned images of the passport size coloured photograph and signature. The dimension of scanned images has to be exactly as per the specifications specified by NTA.

Step 4- Pay Application Fees

Candidates need to pay the application fees online using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. The fees applicable for payment will depend on the category and gender of candidates. This is the last step in filling JEE Main application form. After the successful payment of the fee, JEE Main registration 2022 will be completed. Candidates need to take a printout of their filled application form and keep it safe till the completion of the admission process.

JEE Main Application Form Correction 2022

Although it was mentioned in the information brochure that NO facility for making corrections in JEE Main 2022 application form will be provided, NTA provided the correction window from April 6 to 8 for the session 1 application form. The correction window is most likely to be opened for the second session exam post the completion of the application process. 

It is however advised to candidates that they fill out the application form with utmost care. Also, in case a candidate fills out multiple application forms, the applications of all such candidates will be rejected.

No all the deemed Universities don't ask for JEE marks they just need that you have appeared in JEE exams. They don't ask for marks for JEE. But some deemed Universities ask for JEE scores for admission in engineering field in any department.

Some fields of data are not correctable but some are. When the window opens, NTA will invariably announce it via news items in different newspapers about the same. You then need to log in using your existing id/ pw and go ahead with correction. It's very simple and user-friendly utility and I am sure that you will be able to effect changes they you desire. Hello Ansiya, Every student enrolled in the IISERs was eligible to receive the Rs-80,000 scholarship provided their academic performance was satisfactory, I. e. if they maintained an annual GPA of 6.0 and above on a 10-point scale.

Yes, for admission into IITs, NITs, CFTIs the score that candidates have secured in their class 12 board exam will be taken into account. In this, candidates should have passed their exam with a minimum of 75 percent and for SC/ST it should be 65 percent.

The cutoff varies branches wise and also category wise. As a general category for top branch like CSE you require more than 270 to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad. You should score more than 220 marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad (other branches).
