Applicants who did not have a valid category Certificate were allowed to change their category from beneficiary to non-beneficiary during registration for CSAB-Special Rounds, according to CSAB counseling guidelines from the previous year. This suggests that even if your Certificate has been rejected, you can still sit for this exam.
