SNAP 2024 Preparation Tips for Analytical and Logical Reasoning
- The Analytical and Logical Reasoning section of SNAP is usually of moderate difficulty level and questions are doable, but if there’s not enough practice, this section can prove to be a toughie. So, practice and practice more.
- Solve each SNAP reasoning question at least thrice. In the first attempt you will understand the questions, in the second attempt you’ll be able to solve it with accuracy and in the third attempt you’ll be able to solve it quicker than previous attempt.
- Practicing different types of questions over a long period of time will help you discover tricks and shortcuts that you can apply in the exam to solve the puzzles faster.
- Always look for the explanation to understand why a particular option is correct and the rest are incorrect. This is what reasoning is all about. If you find the reason, you can solve any LR question.
- Not all SNAP reasoning questions are same, so you cannot apply the same shortcut or reasoning trick to the different questions. Learn to identify the type of question to be able to know which method to use on a particular question. This will happen only if you practice the questions over a long period of time.

You can prepare basic concepts of Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability topics included in the SNAP syllabus by studying from CAT books.
