After the NEET 2025 result declaration, Shiksha.com ran another poll asking candidates, ‘Are you satisfied with your NEET 2025 result?’ As per the responses, only 16 per cent candidates have stated that they have scored as per expectations. On the other hand, 28 per cent of candidates have voted for the option ‘Cleared cutoff, but expected better marks’.
Majority of the candidates, accounting to 33 per cent, have voted for the option ‘Not satisfied, could not clear cutoff’. Take a look at the poll snapshot below.

Owing to a very high difficulty level of the NEET 2025 question paper, the cutoff is much lower than last year. Hence, the overall sentiment among candidates turned out to be gloomy. In fact, candidates could not score full marks of 720 this year and the highest marks obtained was 686.
