NEET 2025 Result Date Soon by NTA; Check Previous Year's Cutoff Details
NEET UG result 2025 will be announced by June 14, 2025 at neet.nta.nic.in for candidates who have appeared for the national level entrance examination for UG medical admission across India held on May 4, 2025. Check NEET previous years cutoff trends analysis here.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the NEET result 2025 by June 14, 2025. Students who have been National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) conducted on May 4, 2025, will be able to check their results and download their scorecards from NTA official website in online mode. However, the NTA NEET 2025 result date by NTA is yet to be announced. At present, the official brochure highlights that the results will be announced by June 14. Hence, it is expected that the NEET 2025 result will be announced anytime before June 14, 2025.
Along with the results, NTA will release the NEET 2025 cutoff category-wise on the web portal. Students will be able to check the cutoff to qualify NEET UG 2025 for their respective categories. Students having marks over and above the NEET UG cutoff 2025 will be eligible to appear for the counselling process conducted for MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing, BUMS, BAMS, BHMS and BSMS programmes. By the time NTA NEET 2025 cutoff is made available, students can check the previous year cutoffs below.

Students must be mindful that the NEET cutoff percentile remains the same every year. However, the NEET 2025 cutoff score will vary based on several factors such as the number of candidates who appeared in the examination, the difficulty level of the examination, the availability of UG medical seats, reservation policies, and the overall performance of students in the NEET UG exam 2025.

NEET 2025 cutoff percentile for general category students is 50th percentile. Based on this, the NEET cutoff score 2025 for the General category is 686-144. The NEET 2025 cutoff for the General category candidates of the Physically Handicapped (PH) or the Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) category candidates is 45 percentile. The subsequent NEET cutoff marks for this category is 143-127. Although the NEET cutoff percentile for the General category has remained the same, the cutoff score reduced from that of last year. This is due to factors such as tougher difficulty level, and lower number of test-takers.

NTA determines the NEET cut off based on the factors such as difficulty level of the exam, total number of test-takers, total number of seats, candidate category and programme.
