NEET OMR Sheet 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon display the OMR response sheets of Re NEET 2026 exam. The Re NEET OMR Sheet 2026 is expected to be released this week, as per the reports. The OMR sheet of NEET 2026 re-exam will be published as a login link on the official website- neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates need to use the NEET login details- application number and password to download their response sheets. How to Calculate Scores Using Re NEET 2026 OMR Sheet & Answer Key?
Candidates can calculate their expected scores in NEET UG 2026 re-exam using OMR sheet and answer key. Use the process shared below to estimate the NEET marks-
- Check NTA NEET answer key and match it with the answers marked by you on OMR sheet.
- Give four marks for every correct answer.
- Subtract one mark for every incorrect answer.
Now, use this formula to get your NEET 2026 marks-

- +4 for each correct answer
- -1 for each incorrect answer

NTA Re NEET 2026 Answer Key
The NTA has released the NEET official answer key 2026. Candidates can check the answers by downloading the answer key PDF. Candidates could challenge the answer key if they found any answer or question incorrect. For successful submission of challenge, candidates needed to pay NEET UG answer key objection fee of INR 200 per challenge.
What is NEET OMR Sheet?
The OMR sheet of NEET 2026 is the record of the answers given by aspirants on the exam day. As the exam is conducted offline in pen and paper mode, candidates are given NEET UG OMR sheets to attempt the paper. After the exam, the OMR sheets are retained at the centres and then are evaluated for the NEET 2026 results using the official answer key.
