Test centres & hall tickets for IIT JAM 2018

After candidates successfully apply for IIT JAM, they can download their admit cards from the official website of the exam from January 9, 2018 onwards.

IIT JAM admit card contains candidate’s details (name, registration number, photograph, signature, etc), exam details (name as well as code of the test paper), and test centre details (name as well as address of the test centre allotted).

After downloading, candidates need to take a printout of IIT JAM 2018 admit card and carry it to the allotted exam centre along with an original copy of valid ID proof. It may be noted that candidates not carrying their admit card or ID proof at the time of exam might not be allowed to appear for the exam.

In case a candidate is not able to download his/ her admit card then the Chairman JAM of the IIT/ IISc under which the first choice of test city falls, may be contacted through phone/ fax/ email. However, while contacting, the candidate should provide his/ her “online enrolment ID, name, email ID, mobile number, mailing address, and city code of the desired test centre (first choice) to get information about the registration number and the name of the test centre allotted,” informs the official website.
