Please upload a valid OBC (NCL)/EWS/SC/ST/PwD Category Certificate on the JOAPS portal. Candidates who belong to the following categories need to upload a valid category and/or PwD certificate:
- For OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, and ST categories, certificates issued ONLY by authorized officials shall be valid.
OBC-NCL and EWS certificates should be submitted in the prescribed format and should have been issued on or after April 1, 2026. If you are unable to upload a valid OBC-NCL / EWS Category Certificate in the JOAPS portal as soon as possible, your category will be automatically changed to "GENERAL" Category, and your application will NOT be rejected.
NOTE: Candidates should upload a scanned copy of the relevant certificate in PDF format, with a file size in the range of 10 KB to 300 KB. Candidates shall be required to submit the same certificate during Admissions and also to the Admitting Institute.
