TN SSLC Topper Janani. S with a total score of 483 marks out of 500, i.e. 96.6 % wants to become a famous heart surgeon and help the poor. She says that her school teaches her to help the needy. Janani wants to take science stream and she loves calculation. She aims to take admission to a reputed government medical college in Tamil Nadu. The Directorate of Government Examination (DGE) TN released the TN 10th Result 2023 on May 19, 2023, on the official website, i.e. tnresults.nic.in.

Q: Congratulations on your result! How was your reaction after seeing the results? Did you score what you expected?
A: I didn’t expect this marks. But I am very happy I didn’t go below my expectations. My continuous hardwork strives me to attain these good marks.
Q: Please tell us something about your family background.
A: I am from a Middle class family living in a small town in Chennai. My father is a Tailor. My mother works as office assistant. I have my younger brother who is also behind my motivation to study well and achieve my goals.
Q: Please tell about the stream that you are targeting.
A: I am willing to pursue science stream. I want to do specialization in Cardiology.
Q: What was your strategy to score above 95% in TN SSLC Exams?
A: Concentrating during classroom studies. Making proper notes for revision. Proper clarification of doubts by contacting my mentors. Completing Homework regularly and having self-study sessions.

Q: Did you take any online or offline coaching?
A: No, I did not take any coaching. Classroom teaching and studying from the materials provided by teachers were enough to score well.
Q: Who encouraged you the most in this journey?
A: My biggest blessing is my family, my teachers. They motivated me to reach this success. Whenever I felt disheartened or demotivated, they were always there to encourage me.
Q: What was your routine during TN 10th board exam preparation?
A: I am disciplined in completing my works on time since childhood. My school conducts a lot of revision session in every unit regularly to get through the concepts. I attended all the revision sessions, made notes for last-minute preparation, and stayed stress free during exams.
Q: What are your future plans? Which career path are you aiming?
A: I plan to continue my studies in Science stream. I am interested in getting into any reputed Government Medical College.
Q: What is your favorite subject?
A: My favourite subject is Science and Mathematics. I am interested in calculations.
Q: Are you planning to begin preparing for any entrance exam?
A: Yes, I am planning to prepare for NEET.
Q: What is your dream college/institute?
A: I want to get into Tamil Nadu Affiliated Medical colleges.
Q: What are your future goals?
A: I want to become a famous heart surgeon and help poor people since we are motivated in our school to serve the needy.
Q: Please share some tips for students prepping up to appear in Tamil Nadu SSLC Exams 2024
A: Focus on completing the whole syllabus. Revision everything that is taught in school. Make notes for last-minute preparation and easy revision. Attempt all questions. Use the internet to gain additional information. Practice writing answer for better time management during exams.

TN board provides a correction option to students in case their name is misspelled in the marksheet. Students have to inform the school authorities, if any errors are found the marksheet. They will guide you to get the errors rectified.

No, TN board does not deduct marks for exceeding the word limit in the board exams. However, marks may be deducted for spelling mistakes and other errors in language papers.

Schools do not have the right to withhold admit card of the studnets for TN class 10th board exam. TN SSLC admit card is issued by the Directorate of Government Examination, Tamilnadu. You can reach out to the TN board, if the school do not provide the admit card.
