KEAM 2017 rank list got declared on June 20 and according to latest information, the first 10 All India Ranks have been sweeped by boys. N. Shafil Maheen of Puthiyara, Kozhikode has bagged the first rank. Vedant Prakash Shenoy and Abhilash Kar from Kottayam secured the second and third rank respectively. KEAM 2017 scores were released on May 11.
In 2017, a total of 90806 aspirants appeared for KEAM 2017. Out of these, 72440 students qualified the engineering entrance exam while 21349 (out of 24996 students who appeared) cleared the exam for the pharmacy stream.

The top two ranks in the SC category have been secured by C. Indrajith of Malappuram and Aswin Viswanath of Wayanad. On the other hand, the top two ranks in the ST category has been bagged by Gibin George of Kottayam and P. Aswin of Kasargode.

As many as 61,716 students have been included in KEAM 2017 rank list. Out of this, 32,036 are boys and 29,680 are girls. In the engineering rank list, the top 5000 ranks feature 2535 students from the State higher secondary stream, 2280 from the CBSE stream, 140 from the ICSE and 45 from other streams.
Through KEAM, aspirants become eligible for admissions to 54,604 engineering seats in the state which is spread across 159 colleges. This includes 9 government colleges, 115 private self-financing colleges and other government and university-regulated institutions.
