The common entrance test, MHT CET 2021 for engineering and other technical courses will be conducted in July end or August. The test will be conducted online.

MHT CET 2021 will be conducted in July end or August first week for admission to technical courses like Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture. MHT CET 2021 application form has been released on June 8.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 2021 for admission to engineering courses, also called MHT CET, will be held in July end or August first week, informed Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant. The final MHT CET 2021 exam date will be announced soon after reveing the COVID situation in the state. MHT CET 2021 will be conducted online in various test cities across the state. MHT CET 2021 application form has been released on June 8 on the official website mhtcet2021.mahaonline.gov.in Last date to fill application form is July 7 without late fee and July 15 with late fee.

Candidates will be required to fill the online application form as per the schedule to appear in MH CET 2021 in order to be eligible for admission. Seats in all the colleges will be allotted purely on the basis of MH CET score.

The education minister Uday Samant also informed that for all such courses where admission is granted on the basis of class 12 marks, the government is planning to conduct a common CET. A committee has been formed which will decide on conducting the CET.

The Maharashtra state has earlier canceled the class 12 board exams due to COVID-19 pandemic. Students will be promoted on the basis of internal assessments, results for which will be declared in due course of time.

Earlier in March, the MHT CET 2021 syllabus was released to allow students prepare for the exams. The syllabus is available online on the official website cetcell.mahacet.org for all the courses.

MHT CET 2026 scores are used for Maharashtra State Quota admissions. For All India seats in engineering colleges of Maharashtra, JEE Main scores will be used.

Candidates can get an APAAR ID for MHT CET registration by registering on the DigiLocker website. Candidates can also get the APAAR enrollment number from their school.

MHT CET cutoff is of two types- All India Category and Maharashtra Category. The seats which are allotted under the All India Quota have opening and closing ranks mentioned as "AI" whereas seats allotted under Maharashtra Quota have the ranks mentioned as "MH".
