RVNL Recruitment through GATE 2025 - Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) will recruit candidates through GATE 2025 scores. The company will release the notification on its official website as well as the GATE website. RVNL will recruit candidates with 4 years of BTech degrees (graduate engineers) from the Civil, Electrical & Signal & Telecommunication Departments. Only eligible applicants with a valid GATE 2025 score will be considered for the positions at RVNL. The Gate 2025 exam qualifier candidates can apply online for the RVNL 2025 recruitment process after the notification brochure released by the company on the official website.
Applicants can visit the official website, i.e. https://www.rvnl.org, to apply for the position, and those who have completed their full-time Bachelor's Degree in (Engineering or Technology) are eligible to apply. RVNL will not shortlist candidates regularly but they will be hired on a contract basis for one year. About RVNL
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is a mini and 100% owned PSU company incorporated on January 24, 2003, that works under the Ministry of Railways. The objective behind the establishment of RVNL was to raise extra-budgetary resources and implement projects relating to the augmentation and creation of rail infrastructure capacity on a fast track basis. In the year 2005, RVNL became fully functional.

Passing marks in GATE exam is different for all 30 papers. The GATE qualifying mark for PSUs recruitment is also different. - Candidates can be posted at various places in the States of Chhattisgarh or Odisha.
- Chosen Site Engineers will be placed in the field at any of the RVNL Projects situated at:
| Salka Road, Annupur, Dalli, Rajhara, Raoghat, Bhatapara, Ukhara, Khurda Road, Brang, Cuttack, Rajatgarh, Haridaspur, Paradeep, Jakhapura, Jaroli, Angul, Sukinda, Sambalur, Titlagarh and Raipur in the States of Chhattisgarh & Odisha. |
- Candidates who do not have any problem serving in these places should only apply.
- RVNL has all the necessary rights to post candidates to other locations in India if needed.
Compensation Package
- Site Engineer recruited by RVNL through GATE Score 2025 will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs 28,000.
- The candidate (Site Engineer) will not be hired regularly for one year.
- After one year, the performance of the Site Engineer will be reviewed by the higher authorities and the progress of the project will be reviewed. After that, it will be decided if a candidate should be regularized or not.

RVNL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility and Reservation Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should have appeared for GATE 2025 and passed the same.
- He/she must be an Indian National.
- Candidates seeking a career with RVNL must have completed their full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Final year students (4th year or last semester candidates) are not eligible to apply.

Reservation Criteria
- Each candidate needs to submit a valid SC/ST/OBC certificate in a prescribed format of Government of India, issued by the competent authority.
- Reservations for SC/ST/OBC candidates and Persons with Disabilities will be given as per the directions provided by the government of India.
- Candidates must be very careful while filling the category, as once filled in the application form it will not be changed.
RVNL Recruitment 2025: Selection-Application Process and Fee
Selection Process
Selection procedure by RVNL is based GATE 2025 Scores and the management will not accept GATE Scores of previous years. RVNL higher authorities are responsible for the short listing of candidates. Once the candidates are selected, they need to submit all the required documents at the time of Interview.
- Candidates will be selected based on the GATE 2025 scores, followed by personal interview and document verification.
- Previous years GATE scores, such as GATE scores of 2024, 2023, 2022, etc. will not be accepted for the recruitment process.
- Selection of the applicants for the interview will be done by the RVNL management.
- Shortlisted candidates must carry all the required documents to the interview.
Application Process and Fee
There is no application fee for RVNL registration, and candidates can apply online for the recruitment process. The list of the documents that are required for the online application process is given below:
- GATE 2025 Score Card: JPEG/PDF Format (No previous years GATE Score will be accepted)
- Photograph: JPEG Format
- Signature: JPEG Format
If a candidate is selected, then he/she needs to bring the following documents at the time of the Interview. Have a look at the list below:
- Original GATE 2025 Scorecard as received from the IIT
- Date of Birth Proof (Class X Marks Sheet)
- Class XII Marks Sheet
- Graduation completion certificate
- Provisional certificate
During the interview round, candidates must carry all the above documents for the verification process.

Result List
The result list by RVNL comprises of certain details or information such as the Registration number, Full name, Father's Name and Date of Birth. The result list will be released by the RVNL's competent authority based on the Interview by the candidate and based on GATE 2025 scores. Separate result lists will be released for different disciplines by the authority.
The RVNL management/authorities will release two types of lists -
- The first list will have the names of the selected candidates
- The second one is the supplementary list, which will have the name of the applicants whose offer letter of appointment is done on contract-basis. This will depend upon the necessity in the projects and subject to denial to accept the appointment by confirmed candidates.
RVNL Recruitment 2025: How to apply?
Read the process below to apply for the RVNL recruitment through GATE 2025.
- Visit the official RVNL website and carefully read all the instructions related to RVNL recruitment.
- The candidates have to provide their GATE 2025 registration number and roll number on the official website - rvn.org.
- Please complete all the necessary personal details in the application form, Such as the applicant's name, Parent's or Guardian's Name, Permanent Address, etc.
- After this, you will get the RVNL registration number, and the password will be sent by SMS to the mobile number mentioned in the application form.
- All candidates are advised to provide correct details, as this will be the source for future contact with the company.
- In this step, candidates are required to fill his or her details of academic details like marks scored in class X, XII, diploma and degree examination.
- A candidate who has not done any diploma in engineering would need to click the column “Not applicable” to go to the next page.
- Now, enter the details of site preference and the details of the work experience (if any).
- The candidate needs to choose at least a minimum of 2 preferences distinct from each other.
- In this step, the candidate is required to upload a scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, signature and copy of GATE scorecard.
- Carefully check the duly filled application form before clicking on the submit button and the candidate will not be able to make changes to the application form after the final submission.
- Do not register more than once.
- RVNL Applications forms further than or earlier than the specified period will not be accepted.
Note: RVNL applications sent by post will not be acknowledged.
RVNL Recruitment 2025: Date/Time/Place of Interview
The date and time of the interview will be decided by the RVNL management. Candidates will be informed about their interview schedule via e-mail or SMS on their respective mobile numbers. To avoid any miscommunication, the candidates are advised to visit RVNL's official website regularly to get an update on the Interview Schedule.
