Analysis of the JEE Main Physics Section
As per the past few years analysis of the JEE Main exam, it has been noted that Physics has always been on a moderate to tough level. It is always considered one of the toughest papers to clear in the examination, as it consists of its fundamental concepts.
According to the JEE Main 2026 exam pattern, the Physics section will have a total of 25 questions. 20 questions will be MCQs, and the rest of the 5 questions will be Numerical Value Questions. All questions are compulsory, and there is no section-wise time limit in the JEE Main exam. Each correct answer will lead to 4 marks, and each wrong answer will have a negative marking of -1.
