WBJEE Chapterwise Weightage: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) conducts WBJEE as an annual examination. To be prepared for the state level examination, candidates should know WBJEE chapterwise weightage, so that they can study accordingly. Chapterwise weightage is identified from previous years’ WBJEE question papers. These chapters should be focused on while studying so that they can score well.

Category I Questions

  • Each correct answer will be awarded one mark.
  • An incorrect response will bring a loss of 1/4 mark.
  • For any combination of responses with more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will bring a loss of 1/4 mark.

 

  • Category II Questions
  • Only one option is correct; the correct response yields two marks.
  • An incorrect response will bring a loss of 1/2 marks
  • For any combination of responses with more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will bring a loss of 1/2 marks

 

Category III Questions

  • One or more options may be correct. Only correct responses will be given 2 marks.
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
