As per the notification NCHMCT JEE pattern will include only 120 questions. Weightage of each NCHM JEE sections have also changed. New duration of NCHMCT JEE entrance exam is 120 minutes, earlier it was 3 hours. Mode of the test has remained unchanged.
The NTA conducts the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admissions to BSc Hotel Administration course offered at 71 Institutes of Hotel Management in India (IHMs). For every correct answer in Numerical Ability & Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning & Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, and English Language section, candidates will be awarded four marks. For every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted from their total.

At test centre, each candidate will be seated at a desk with a computer terminal. He/she will be provided with rough papers for calculations and a Pen/Pencil. After test, candidate must leave rough papers at desk. Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet. Nothing will be allowed inside examination room/hall.
