CLAT Candidate Login 2026: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) announced the CLAT Seat Allotment Dates 2026. The CLAT Second Merit List was released on January 22, 2026. The Consortium published the CLAT First Merit List 2026 on January 7, 2026. The candidates can download the CLAT Merit List PDF from the official website. The candidates who cleared the CLAT Exam will be able to check the seat allotment list.

Candidates can use the same CLAT 2026 Login ID and Password to check the merit lists that they used during the CLAT Application Process. CLAT login details are very important, as without them, the candidate will not be able to check the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Result or Completinge the counselling process. CLAT Login 2026 is also important as it will help candidates get access to all the important updates released by the consortium. CLAT 2026 Exam Dates & Schedule
Apart from the CLATAdmit Card, candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre:
- Passport-sized photograph (same as the one uploaded with the application form)
- A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID)
- Transparent water bottle
CLAT exam day dos:
- Reach examination centre at the reporting time mentioned on your CLAT admit card.
- Carry two copies of the CLAT admit card, one photo ID card, passport size photos
- PwD candidates should carry relevant certificates and documents.
- Carry a blue/black ball point pen for signing attendance sheet
CLAT exam day don'ts:
- Do not carry items such as bags, purses, pencil box, beepers, wrist watch, calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, scanners, cameras, wireless/Bluetooth transmission or any such communication devices.
- Don't wear closed shoes, jewellery made of metal, jackets, clothes with pockets, mehendi on palms. Socks are allowed inside it.
- Don't wear caps, hoodies or jackets/shirts with pockets
- Don't be late for exam. Entry gates will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.

Candidates must note that CLAT 2026 Objection Window is now closed. Candidates could raise objection on CLAT Answer Key on or before December 12 until 5 pm. Once the objections were received, the consortium published the CLAT Final Answer Key. Based on that, the CLAT Result will be announced.
The CLAT exam will be conducted in December 2026. The exam timing will be 2 pm to 4 pm. The consortium has not announced the CLAT Exam Dates yet.
In case, candidates forget the password required to login into their registered accounts, they can see the below-mentioned steps to recover the same:
- On the login window, click on the Forgot Password
- Enter your mobile number.
- Click on the 'Request OTP'
- Enter the mobile number, OTP (received on the mobile) and the new password.
- Click on the 'Reset' Password
- A new password will be generated
Now, you can log in with new password and download the hall ticket.

- Click on the CLAT Answer Key tab
- Select the respective course
- The answer key PDF will appear on the screen
- Download for future reference.
How to Challenge CLAT Answer Key 2026?
Candidates can raise objections or challenge the CLAT provisional Answer Key for questions/answers with which they find any errors or discrepancies on the official website. Check out the quick steps below:
- Go to the consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
- Login using your registered mobile number and password.
- Click on the Submit Objections button.
- Select the type of objection (1) About the question or (2) About the answer key.
- Enter objection details.
- Click on submit.
- Click on the Make Payment button to make a payment of INR 1,000 per question.
How to Download CLAT Admit Card 2026?
You can download the admit card for CLAT in this way:
- Go to consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Enter the registered mobile number and password
- Click on the Login button.
- Download Admit Card
- Take a print out.

The Consortium of NLUs conducts the CLAT Exam from 2 pm to 4 pm. The exam is held only in one slot. There are no shifts in CLAT Exam. The exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode.
