Documents Required for CLAT Application 2027:  The Consortium of NLUs activated the CLAT 2027 applications on August 3. The last date to apply online for the CLAT 2027 is October 31. The candidates are advised to arrange all the important documents required while filling the CLAT registration form. The Consortium of NLUs prescribes various documents required to claim any of the reservation or relaxation. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is conducted for admission to 26 NLUs across the country.

  • Enter your name, mobile number, email, and password
  • Verify via OTP sent to your mobile

CLAT Application Fee 2027

Candidates must note that their application form will not be considered submitted unless they pay the CLAT Form Fees 2027. Check the category-wise fee structure below:

  • General/OBC/NRI: INR 4,000
  • SC/ST/BPL/PwD: INR 3,500

An additional INR 500 will be charged if opting to purchase previous years' question papers. The candidates will be able to pay the application fee through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.

Documents Required for CLAT 2027 Admission Process

Candidates need some documents when they fill the CLAT application form. Documents mentioned in the application form, as well as additional documents (like an admission letter offer), are required after qualifying the CLAT exam for admission. Check the important document list below.

  • LLB degree certificate/mark sheet (for PG applicants)

  • Caste/Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD)

CLAT 2027 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling the CLAT Application Form 2027, it is very important to understand the CLAT Eligibility Criteria. The eligibility for the CLAT UG and PG is different. Read further to know more:

For Undergraduate (UG) - 5-Year Integrated LLB

  • Must have passed Class 12 or be appearing in 2027.
  • General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI: Minimum 45% marks
  • SC/ST: Minimum 40% marks

For Postgraduate (PG) - 1-Year LLM

  • Must have completed or be in the final year of an LLB degree (3-year or 5-year).
  • General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI: Minimum 50% marks
  • SC/ST: Minimum 45% marks

Q:   If I forget my CLAT Login ID or password. How should I fill the application form?
A: 

You don't have to worry. In case you have forgotten your ID and password, which is pretty much normal. You can go and click on the forgot password tab in the registration window. You will receive the mail and then you have to reset your password. Once day you will be able to login. 

Q:   When CLAT Merit List will be released?
A: 

The Consortium will release the CLAT Counselling Schedule along with the result. The CLAT First Merit List will likely be released by December end. The Consortium will release five round merit list.

To prepare for this section which cover 10 percent marks of the total CLAT paper it is important to have a right approach. The Legal Reasoning section in the CLAT exam checks your ability to apply logical legal principle to given situations. CLAT 2027: Age Limit

The consortium does not impose an age limit criterion to fill out the CLAT application form. The eligible candidates can appear for the exam after filling the application form. The candidates must know the CLAT Application Dates to fill the form before the deadline(October 31).

Candidates who successfully register for the exam will be able to access their CLAT Hall Ticket by following the process given below,

  • Go to consortiumofnlus.ac.in
  • Log in using your mobile number and password
  • Click on "Download Admit Card"
  • Save and print the admit card for exam day

Yes, the Consortium removed two Test Cities from the CLAT 2027.  The removed test cities are Vellore and Tiruvarur. CLAT 2027 exam date is December 6.

Candidates are required to pay the CLAT Registration/Form fee as per their category. The Consortium prescribed the category-wise form fee. Without submitting the CLAT form fee, the registration will not be completed.

No, candidates who fulfill OP Jindal Global University BBA LLB (hons) eligibility criteria cannot apply with a CLAT-UG score. This institute only accepts admission based on LNAT-UK exam. No other entrance exams are accepted during admissions to this course.
