CLAT 2027 question paper PDF for both UG and PG courses will be released by the Consortium of NLUs after the exam. Consortium of NLUs released the CLAT 2027 Question paper format on its official portal. The Consortium will also release the answer key to the CLAT question paper 2027 after the exam.

CLAT 2027 question paper PDF will be available here after the exam. The Consortium of NLUs will conduct the CLAT exam 2027 on December 6 in offline mode. CLAT 2027 Question Paper PDF

CLAT 2027 Question Paper PDF: The Consortium of National Law Universities will conduct the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027 on December 6 in offline mode nationwide. The candidates will be required to mark their answers on the OMR sheet provided at the exam centre. CLAT previous year question papers are the most important source of exam preparation. The candidates are advised to solve the previous year's question paper to score better in the CLAT  2027.

Candidates will be able to download the official CLAT question paper with solutions from this page once it is released. The candidates can correlate the official answers provided by the Consortium to get the real answers to the confusing/difficult questions. These answers will help the candidates to build a hypothesis of legal concepts asked in the CLAT exam.

Q:   How solving CLAT Mock Test helps?

Solving mock test helps candidates to understand the exam pattern and also the sections they are lagging behind. With this they can rework on those section where they are scoring low. Q:   Why CLAT Exam Analysis is important?

Q:   Will marks be deducted for unanswered questions in CLAT?
A: 

According to the CLAT exam pattern, there will be no deduction of marks for unanswered questions. Such questions will not be taken into consideration while calculating the total marks of a candidate. Hence, if candidates are not sure about the answer of a question, it is better to leave it unattempted rather than doing a guess work, to avoid negative marking.

CLAT Question Paper Analysis (Previous Year)

Candidates can check CLAT question paper Analysis of previous year provided by Shiksha based on the inputs received from from test-takers at exam centre. This will help them to understand overall difficulty and also what to expect

  • Rohit, one of the students said, exam was moderate, with Legal Reasoning and English as easiest and Maths as toughest. He expects a score between 70–80, and feels he has a fair chance due to his category.
  • Utkarsh found the exam slightly tough, mainly Logical Reasoning, and rated the difficulty level 8 out of 10. He attempted around 110 questions, but isn’t sure about his score or cut-off expectations.
  • Suhana said the exam was moderate but lengthy, with the quant section being the most difficult. She said multiple tricky questions from patterns and logical relations, and expects cut-offs around 95 for top NLUs.
  • Faraz felt the paper was more difficult than expected, with Legal Reasoning easiest and Quant lengthy and more calculation-based. He is hopeful due to strong Current Affairs performance.

Q:   Can I practice CLAT sample papers?
A: 

Yes, candidates who have registered for the CLAT exam can access the sample papers through their login credentials. 

Q:   How many questions are there in CLAT Exam?
A: 

In CLAT Exam there will be 120 questions. The exam paper will be in MCQ format. Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the paper. Since there is a negative marking candidates must attempt carefully.

Q:   Is there negative marking in CLAT Exam?
A: 

Yes there is negative marking in CLAT Exam. 0.25 marks will be deducted if the answer is wrong. For each correct answer one marks will be awarded. 

Q:   Is it necessary to pass in individual sections of CLAT?
A: 

There will be no sectional qualifying criterion for CLAT 2027. The overall marks will be considered while preparing the merit list for CLAT. But to ensure a good score, candidates must ensure a high number of attempts with full accuracy.

CLAT does not give a fixed number for grammar. The exam is fully passage-based. Grammar is tested inside English Language, which carries around 20% weightage.
