MH CET Law 2026: The MH CET Law 2026 Application Process has started for 3-year LLB courses from January 8, 2026. Candidates can fill the form until January 23, 2026. The application process for 5-year LLB programmes began on January 9, 2026. Aspirant must complete the application and submit it on or before January 24, 2026.

The Maharashtra State Examination will conduct the MH CET 3-year LLB Exam on April 01, 2026 and April 02, 2026. The MH CET Law 5-year LLB program, the exam will be held on May 08, 2026. The MHCET Law Date Notification 2026 was released on cetcell.mahacet.org. 

Candidates will be able to apply for the Law CET Maharashtra 2026 entrance exam for both MH CET LLB 3-year and 5-year LLB online. Candidates who wish to apply for both courses will have to fill out two separate forms. The Law MHCET 2026 exam will be conducted for admission to around 10,860 seats of 5-year LLB and 16,240 seats of 3-year LLB.

Before aspirants begin to fill the application form, they should check the MH CET LLB Eligibility Criteria 2026. Note: Candidates who have completed their graduation through Open University with preparatory examination can also apply for MH CET Law 2026 and participate in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for admission to 3-year LLB courses.

• Open Category - Candidates who belong to the general category in Maharashtra and all candidates outside Maharashtra.
• SC / ST Category - Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates of Maharashtra state.

• SBC - Special backward class candidates of Maharashtra state.
• Other backward castes category candidates of Maharashtra state.

MH CET Law 2026 Application Form 

The Law CET Maharashtra application form 2026 for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB can be accessed on cetcell.mahacet.org and portal.maharashtracet.org. The MH CET for Law 2026 registration cum application form will have to be filled out mandatorily to apply for the MH Law CET entrance exam.

• Go to the website of CET Cell Maharashtra, cetcell.mahacet.org
• Click on the CET Exam Portal tab. 
• Click on MH CET Law 2026 3-yr LLB/ 5-yr LLB tab (select the tab for the course for which you want to fill out the application form). 
• Now register yourself for the exam.
• Fill in your personal details and permanent address details.
• Enter your email ID and mobile number for registration.
• Generate a password and complete the registration process. 
• Now, sign up again by entering your application number and password. 
• Fill out the form and upload your passport size picture and a scanned copy of your signature. 
• Pay the application fee, save and submit the MHCET Law application.
