NEET OMR sheet 2026 PDF download link will be released along with the provisional answer keys. Candidates can download their NEET 2026 OMR answer sheets by logging on to the official website. Candidates can submit challenges against the official NEET answer key 2026 after tallying the answers with their OMR response sheets.
NEET OMR Sheet 2026
The NTA will release the NEET 2026 OMR sheet or the recorded response sheets of candidates along with the provisional answer key PDF. As per the previous year trends, it is expected that the NEET OMR sheet 2026 will be released in the first week of June 2026. The NTA will display the OMR sheet of NEET 2026 in the form of scanned image. Candidates can download OMR sheet along with the NEET answer key 2026 by logging into their registered accounts. Candidates can submit challenges or objections against the NEET provisional answer key 2026 if they find any answer faulty or incorrect. Based on the objections, the NTA panel of subject experts will review the provisional answers and OMR response sheets of NEET 2026 and will then release the final answer key. The NEET 2026 exam will be held on May 3, 2026.
Using the NEET OMR sheets and the provisional answer keys, students can calculate their estimated NEET 2026 scores. Candidates can use their OMR response sheets to calculate the expected raw marks in the examination with the help of the NEET provisional answer keys released by NTA. The official scores will be known after the result announcement. The NEET result is expected to be announced in first week of June 2026.

What is NEET OMR Sheet?
The NEET OMR sheet is the answer sheet on which candidates marked their answers on the exam day. The OMR Sheet is also known as response sheet. The NTA releases the scanned copy of the NEET OMR answer sheet along with the official answer key.

NEET OMR Sheet: How to Mark Answers on Sheet?
The NEET is an offline or pen-and-paper-based examination. As per the NEET exam pattern 2026, candidates need to mark their responses on the OMR sheet. Candidates must be careful while marking their answers on the NEET OMR sheet. It is often seen that students make silly mistakes while filling in the bubbles on their OMR sheets. A few important pointers related to the OMR sheet of NEET are given below; these will help students mark their responses better.
- Blue or black ballpoint pens are provided to the students at the NEET exam centres. Students are not allowed to carry a pen to the centre and have to mark their responses using the pen provided at the centre only
- The correct way to mark the response is to fill the entire bubble. This will be considered a valid response.
- If a bubble is semi-filled, it will not be considered a valid response. Such responses will not be graded
- The marking must be confined to the circle only. Smudging or overfilled circles will not be graded.
How to Download NEET OMR Sheet 2026?
Candidates can download the NEET 2026 OMR sheet using the process shared below-
- Go to NEET website.
- Click on the link indicating NEET 2026 OMR sheet download.
- Enter the login credentials.
- Click on ‘OMR Challenge’ tab.
- Click on ‘Click here to view your OMR Answer Sheet’.
- Check the scanned image of the answer sheet uploaded by NTA.
- Download and save the NEET OMR sheet for future reference.
You can follow a single good book. Try to give maximum time to NEET study. Practise few mocks and previous year papers. It is possible to score this high with six months preparation. Avoid distractions and just follow one single good book.

The NEET UG exam carries 720 scores. There are 180 questions compositely from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The exam has negative marking for wrong answers. One mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

How to Challenge NEET 2026 OMR Sheet?
The responses marked on the OMR Sheet of NEET are scanned and uploaded on the official website of NTA. The responses marked are read and captured by the machines, which can sometimes lead to smudging of the responses. Therefore, there can be errors in the scanned copy of the NEET OMR sheet. If a student finds any such error in their OMR sheet of NEET 2026, they have the provision to challenge it. Candidates had to pay a processing fee of INR 200 per response challenged. Aspirants must regularly check the status of their challenge on the official website of NEET. They won’t be intimidated individually regarding that. The process for challenging the OMR sheet of NEET 2026 is shared below-
- Go to the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/
- Click on the Display OMR Answer Sheet/ Challenge link.
- Login using the NEET application form number and Password.
- Select 'OMR Challenge' in the left panel.
- Click on the challenge link.
- Scroll and click on the 'Challenge recorded response'.
- Choose the question for which you wish to challenge.
- Select the option given in the "Candidate's Claim" column and submit.
- Pay the NEET answer key objection fee.
- Submit and save the challenge receipt.
