NBE doesn't release official NEET PG question paper and answer key. For NEET PG 2025, NBE had released answers of selected question ID but not entire question paper. Those who plan to appear in exam in coming years want to know how difficult questions are asked, their weightage from each topic, marking scheme etc. The question paper and answer key for NEET PG proves crucial for those students who recently appeared as it helps them predict their score in NEET PG exam.
Candidates can't mark more than one answer as NEET PG is computer-based exam. Moreover, in the official information brochure, there is no mention of whether candidate will be deducted marks or not for marking two options. NEET PG 2026 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates are provided total 3.5 hours to answer the question paper.
No. As per time bound section limit, candidates will have to answer questions or exhausts time of previous section before proceeding for next section in NEET PG exam. Each section has particualar allotted time, i.e 42 minute in NEET PG exam. For an example, supppose a candidate wants to answer questions of B section, he/she can do only when he exahusts allotted 42 minute of section A.

NBE, the exam conducting body generally doesn’t release NEET PG question paper and answer key. However, in 2025, NBE had released question ID, answer marked against it, and response sheet. NBE had released answer key after Supreme Court directed it to do so. Whole NEET PG 2025 question paper was not released which led huge controversy and students later moved to SC over transparency matter.

NEET PG question paper and answer key helps students to predict tentative score in NEET PG exam. Students have to download both question paper and NEET PG answer key and first count total number of correct and incorrect responses. Thereafter calculate tentative score in NEET PG exam with marking scheme given below:

No. Usullay NBE doesn't release the official question paper for NEET PG exam but for 2025-26 session, it released question ID and answer key. Candidates can download question Id, answer key and response sheet after login to the application page. NBE also released NEET PG 2025 scorecards on August 29, 2025. NEET PG 2025 result was announced on August 19, 2025.
No. There is no such compulsion for candidates. Candidates should attempt only those questions where they feel confident of right answer as there is a provision of negative marking too. Due to negative marking, overall score may reduce, affecting ranking of candidate. For every wrong answer, -1 mark is deducted in NEET PG exam.

The DY Patil Pune NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been out till round 2 for admission to the MD and MS courses. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for the students who belonged to the All India quota.
