NEET PG PYQ

NEET PG previous year question paper is an important resource for exam preparation. It is useful for self-assessment and revision. Candidates must practice the NEET PG question paper regularly. This will make you familiar with the exam difficulty level. Moreover, students can identify the high-weightage topics. While reviewing the responses, keep track of mistakes and try to improve those topics. Avoid repeating the same mistakes.

Candidates must know that NBEMS does not release the NEET PG question paper online. Those who are planning to appear for the NEET PG 2026 exam must practice the question banks. Students must be familiar with the marking scheme. This year, questions are reduced from 200 to 180. The total marks will be 720. NEET PG Question Paper 2026: NBE released Question ID and marked response

NBE might release the NEET PG 2026 question paper online. Last year, the NEET question ID, correct option, and response sheet were released after the Supreme Court directed it to do so. However, the complete NEET PG question paper was not released, which led to a huge controversy, and students moved to SC over transparency.

Q:   I marked two answers for a question in NEET PG. One of the answers is correct. Will I get full marks for this question?
A: 

Candidates can't  mark more than one answer as NEET PG is computer-based exam. Moreover, in the official information brochure, there is no mention of whether candidate will be deducted marks or not for marking two options. NEET PG 2026 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates are provided total 3.5 hours to answer the question paper.

Q:   Does NBE release question paper for NEET PG?
A: 

No. Usullay NBE doesn't release the official question paper for NEET PG exam but for 2025-26 session, it released question ID and answer key. Candidates can download question Id, answer key and response sheet after login to the application page. NBE also released NEET PG 2025 scorecards on August 29, 2025. NEET PG 2025 result was announced on August 19, 2025.

Q:   Do candidates need to answer every question in NEET PG?
A: 

No, candidates should answer only those questions where they feel confident about the right answer. The reason being there is a provision of negative marking in the NEET PG exam. Candidates are advised to choose not to answer rather than mark the wrong option. A negative score may take a toll on the overall score of a candidate. 

Q:   What is the format of NEET PG mock test?
A: 

NEET PG mock test is designed in such a way that students get experience of the real exam. Its objective is to make students know the exam pattern in advance. They also get to know other details such as the total number of questions asked, etc., with the mock test. The mock test comprises 3 sections like the exam. Students get to know their strong and weak zones.

How Does NEET PG Question Paper Help Predict Tentative Score

NEET PG question paper and answer key help students to predict a tentative score in the NEET PG exam. Yes, NEET PG city intimation slip was released on August 11, 2026. Candidates can check the city intimation slip through login portal. They can know the exam city name through the NEET PG city intimation slip.

Yes, for postgraduate medical courses like MD and MS, colleges accept NEET PG scores. For super-specialty courses, NEET SS is required. MBBS admission, however, is based only on NEET UG.

No. NEET-PG is mandatory for all MD admissions in India across all colleges, government, private, deemed, and central institutions. There is no alternative entrance exam or direct admission route for MD. Even foreign nationals of Indian origin need to qualify in the relevant entrance process.
