NEET UG counselling: 22 MBBS seats added in Round 2
National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2026 ( NEET )
Additional MBBS seats have been added to the Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Government Medical College in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has added 22 new seats in the second round of National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2022. Additional MBBS seats have been added to the Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Government Medical College in Durg (Chhattisgarh).
An MCC notification read, “The Medical Counselling Committee has received information from Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial (CCM) Government Medical College, Durg, about new seats which could not be contributed by the colleges before the start of Round 2 of UG Counselling 2022 as LoPs from NMC were received on 09.11.2022. Therefore, the competent authority has decided to include the following MBBS seats in the seat matrix of Round-2 of UG Counselling 2022 for the larger interest of candidates.”

The MCC is set to release the NEET UG 2022 Seat Allotment Result on November 14 or 15, 2022. The candidates who participated in the second round of seat allotment can check their result on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in.

The DY Patil Vidyapeeth MBBS Cutoff 2025 was released for all categories and rounds under the All India quota. For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 395628 in the first round to 660786 in the last round.

No, you do not need to clear NEET to get admission in a BSc forensic Science course. While a few colleges might accept it but it is certainly not the primary way to get into forensic Science courses.
