IITM Pravartak launches Certification Programs in Supply Chain & Logistics

IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation, in collaboration with Cambtech Training and Placement, is set to offer cutting-edge certification programs in the Supply Chain and Logistics sectors. These programs aim to provide students with practical, industry-relevant skills by simulating a real-world corporate environment through an AI-powered platform.
First Batch to Start on January 1, 2025

Courses Designed for Industry Readiness
The courses will cover key areas like Supply Chain Management, Chartering Practice, Port and Terminal Management, and International Liners Trade. Students will receive hands-on training with access to virtual corporate environments, replicating real-time financial transactions. The program is designed to provide a learning experience equivalent to three months of corporate exposure.
Expert Faculty and Industry Insight
The training modules are developed by international experts, including Professor G. Srinivasan, a former head of the Management Studies Department at IIT Madras. His extensive experience in establishing ISO Standards at IIT Madras is a significant asset to the curriculum.
A Vision for Skill Development
Professor Mangala Sunder, Founder of Digital Skills Academy - IITM Pravartak, highlighted that the courses aim to help students from Indian academic institutions and professionals gain relevant skills, making them industry-ready. Vaishnavi B Iyer, CEO of Cambtech, emphasized the importance of upskilling in the highly competitive Supply Chain and Logistics industry.
