TS LAWCET Counselling Phase II Seat Allotment OUT: Osmania University, the exam conducting body, has released the TS LAWCET Phase 2 Seat Allotment result 2026 under the candidate's login. Candidates can check their allotted seats by logging in with their hall ticket number, rank, mobile number and date of birth. The candidates are required to report to the allotted colleges from August 31 to September 5

Earlier, the web option editing was available on August 26. Candidates exercised their web option under their login from August 24 to 25. the registrations were available from August 19 to 22.

The TS LAWCET was conducted on May 18. The exam conducting authority released the TS LAWCET result on June 4. Seat allotment will be released only for candidates who complete counselling registration. Candidates who already registered in Phase 1 do not need to register again.

After the first round of counselling, the following candidates are allowed to take part in the next round of TS LAWCET 2026 counselling:

  • Candidates who got a seat in the first round but now wish to change their allotted college.
  • Those who attended Phase I counselling but didn’t get any seat.
  • TS LAWCET rank holders who were called for the first round but didn’t attend it.
  • Candidates who were allotted a seat but didn’t report to the college on time.
  • Students who cancelled their seats after the Phase I allotment round.

These candidates can register again and take part in the next phase of TS LAWCET 2026 counselling to try for a better option.

Important Instructions for Phase II 

  1. Candidates joining the second round of TS LAWCET 2026 counselling must lock their college choices again as a fresh option entry, even if they already took part in Phase I.
  2. You can select colleges and courses even if no vacancy is displayed, as seats may become available later due to withdrawal or cancellation by other candidates.
  3. Those who confirmed their seat in the first round, reported to the college, and are satisfied with their allotment don’t need to attend the second round.
  4. If a candidate participates and confirms admission in the second phase, they will lose their claim over the seat allotted in Phase I.
  5. To cancel a seat allotted in the second phase, candidates must contact the principal of the allotted college only.

  • Aadhar Card or any other valid ID proof.
  • TS LAWCET / TS PGLCET 2026 Rank Card must be shown at the time of verification.
  • SSC marks memo or equivalent certificate.

Q:   Who is eligible for TS LAWCET counselling?
A: 

To be eligible for TS LAWCET counselling, candidates belonging to the General category must have secured 35% marks in TS LAWCET exam (i.e. 42 marks out of 120 marks). The OBC category students must score atleast 35% marks in TS LAWCET exam (i.e. 42 marks out of 120 marks), and for the SC/ST category, there is no minimum qualifying marks for SC and ST category candidates. The official TS LAWCET cutoff marks will not be available on a single webpage.  This is because the cutoffs are determined for each counselling round and for each participating college and course. Thus, each college participating in TS LAWCET will release the cutoff marks on its official webiste.
