RRB ALP Result 2024-25: The Railway Recruitment Board will soon declare the result of RRB ALP CBT 1 online. Candidates who clear CBT 1 (Computer-Based Test 1) will be selected to appear for CBT 2. How Candidates Will Be Shortlisted for RRB ALP CBT 2?

Candidates are selected for CBT 2 based on the RRB ALP scores that are determined based on three key parameters: raw score, prorated marks, and normalised marks, each contributing to the final evaluation.

• Raw Score: The RRB ALP raw score is calculated out of a maximum of 75 marks, representing the unadjusted performance of the candidate.
• Prorated Marks: RRB ALP 2024-25 prorated marks are assigned to ensure fairness and consistency, adjusting for any variations in the difficulty level of different sections or parts of the exam.
• Normalised Marks: To account for the differences in difficulty across multiple exam shifts, the normalised marks are calculated. This process ensures that all candidates, regardless of the shift in which they appear for the exam, are evaluated on a common scale, maintaining equivalence and fairness across all sets of question papers.

RRB ALP 2024-25 CBT 1 Result Qualifying Marks

The qualifying marks for the RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) CBT 1 exam for the Unreserved (UR) category is 40% marks, while those belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Scheduled Caste (SC) must score at least 30% marks. Also, those from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category are required to secure a minimum of 25% marks to qualify.
