TNPSC Group 4 Registration 2026: Check Date, Fees & Process

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has the dedicated platform for the candidates to register for the exam.  The candidates can register at the TNPSC platform in the following manner.

• Visit www.tnpsc.gov.in
• Go to the Online-Services tab given on the right side
• Click on the one-time registration button
• It will ask to continue for the external platform
• Click on the One Time Registration & Dashboard button
• Click on the new user tab given on the newly appeared screen
• A new screen will appear asking to create a Login id(Minimum length 5, Maximum length 15) in alphanumeric only. It will not accept special characters
• A new form will ask about the password and confirm password, email_id and confirm email Id

How to upload the Photo for TNPSC Group 4 Registration?

• The photograph must be recent passport-size [width X height(3.5 X 4.5 cms)] colour picture.
• Photograph should have been taken professionally and it should not have been taken by mobile phone camera. Selfie Photograph is not allowed.
• If you wear glasses, make sure that there is no reflection and your eyes are visible. Ensure that both ears are visible in the pictures having caps,hats and dark glasses will not be accepted.
• If you do not have digital photograph for uploading, draw a box having size [widthX height(3.5 X 4.5 cms)] on a plain white sheet and paste the photograph inside the box. Scan the whole sheet on 200 dpi. Select and crop the area having the photograph only and not the whole sheet.

How to upload Scanned Signature for TNPSC Group 4 Registration?

• Draw a box having size[widthX height(6 X 3 cms)] on a plain white sheet and put the signature inside the box and signature should be done with a thick point Blue/Black pen only.
• Scan the Sheet containing signature on 200 dpi and crop the area having signature only and resize it to 10 KB to 20 KB and save as “Signature.jpg” and the image should be in jpg/jpeg format.
• Signature having only initials or done in capital letters will not be accepted

Stage 3

• TNPSC format of personal information containing the candidate's information will be displayed on the screen.
• The candidate needs to check all the details and edit in case there is any discrepancy.
• If all the details are correct, check the acceptance checkbox of the given declaration.
• Then press submit and continue.

The candidates need to pay for the one-time registration in the TNPSC. The One-time registration fee is INR 150. The registration will be valid for the next five years and the candidate can use this register number for any exam of TNPSC.

After paying the registration fee, the candidate will receive a register number that can be used for any exam of TNPSC.

TNPSC Group 4 registration is necessary to fill out the TNPSC Group 4 application after the notification is issued.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission will release the TNPSC Group 4 exam notification on October 6, 2026. The candidates should note that along with the notification, the application form will also be released. The candidates will get around one month to fill the application form online. The candidates will get here the TNPSC Group 4 Notification PDF.

After the registration process, the candidates must fill out the TNPSC Group 4 application so that they can get the exam centre as per their first choice. Application form can only be filled online only, and it is  advised to candidates to fill the form and submit the application fee before the prescribed last date.
