Last Week Revision Strategy for NDA exam: Lakhs of male and female candidates have registered to appear for the exam. After clearing NDA exam, candidates will get admission into the prestigious National Defence Academy for its different wings-Army, Navy and Air Force as well as Indian Naval Academy Courses at Ezhimala. 

The written exam is the first stage of NDA selection process. With few days remaining of the exam, candidates must be busy in their last minute preparation. NDA Exam Pattern

NDA exam pattern is such that it is divided into papers-Maths and General Ability Test (GAT). All questions in both the papers are objective type and are available in English and Hindi languages. The GAT paper carries a total of 150 questions while the Maths section carries a total of 120 questions. Each section of the exam is held for 2 ½ hours. The total marks allotted to the written exam are 900 (600 marks for GAT and 300 marks for Maths).

Last Week Revision Strategy for NDA for GAT

  • Current Affairs plays an important role in NDA exam, students must go through the last six months current affairs such as important awards, important books, sports, etc. Students should also go through the last year’s current affairs as well.
  • For General Science, aspirants must go through Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Chemistry
  • For History, students must focus on Modern History, Medieval History, Ancient History, etc.
  • For Geography, candidates must focus on The Earth, its shape and size, Types of Climate, Movements of Earth and their effects, Concept of Time and many more.
  • For English, candidates must focus on Antonyms, Synonyms, Vocabulary, Comprehension

Last Week Revision Strategy for NDA for Maths

  • This section can give candidates good marks if they have prepared well with a good strategy
  • Candidates must memorise the formula and theorems
  • Candidates must prepare the Arithmetic part as well
  • In Maths, candidates must focus on Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Vector Algebra, Statistics & Probability

NDA salary from Lt. Col level 12A is between INR 1,21,200 to 2,12,400. The same for Col. level 13 is INR 1,39,600-2,17,600. It is INR 1,44,200-2,18,200 for Maj General Level 14.

NDA admit card is released one week before the exam day. NDA 1 hall ticket is expected in April. The call letter for NDA 2 will be released in September. Candidates can download their admit cards online only.
