I am somewhat satisfied this year. There is good placement.
Placements: The placements are usually good. This year, a student got 1 crore package. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA and the highest is 1 crore. Top recruiters are tcs, qualcomm, mrf, etc. Many students got 40lpa and 20 LPA in off campus, but please don't think that you can get the same package by doing nothing.
Infrastructure: Too much crowd makes experience the worst by decreasing the quality. Wi-Fi is mediocre. Library is very good. Hostel facilities are average. Hostel’s food is good sometimes. Bathrooms are nightmare. Some rooms have very poor ventilation. Choose PG or abode valley.
Faculty: The course is slightly outdated as always but you can still manage and be successful. Students should make themselves aware of the industry and there are many workshops conducted, so use them wisely. Semester exams are very easy.

Join if you are interested in learning engineering from the best faculty in southern India.
Placements: Some top-tier companies in the US and UK and start-ups based in Chennai or BLR provide internship opportunities and recruitment. Placement-wise, it's supposed to be one of the best colleges in South India with a good CGPA. The salary package offered was more than 10 LPA - 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel is expensive and the quality of the food served in the mess is average. If you're willing to overlook and focus on building a career, it's a proper institution to choose. As for lodging and better quality food, you'll get it outside the campus also.
Faculty: Labs and classes are important and you should not bunk them. Classes are large and populous so you will have to reserve your doubts and get them cleared in between topics or after the class is over. The curriculum in ECE is taught well in SRM.

It has a good infrastructure and a lot of opportunities.
Placements: Many students get placed. Placement offers are good and early on by the end of 4th year. The average package is 7 LPA. In my course, the highest package is 32 LPA, and the lowest package ranges from 3-4 LPA. There are a lot of mass recruitment companies but if we focus and stand out from the crowd we can get a good offer. There are quite a few opportunities for internships through the college placement cell and off campus. Students get internships in companies like Amazon and Microsoft and mass recruiters like TCS and Infosys.
Infrastructure: There are great classrooms for B. Tech students, which are completely air-conditioned with proper facilities. Wi-Fi is available 24x7. Libraries are well-maintained with AC and are stocked with relevant course books. Hostels vary quite a bit, but overall, facilities are good.
Faculty: The quality of professors varies quite a bit. If we are lucky we will get someone who teaches well, spends material on time, and is understanding. If we are unlucky then we might get someone who is not that knowledgeable or understanding and might impose strict checking during internals. The course curriculum is well-structured and all aspects of students are taken into account. Semester exams are very scoring and we can score by studying a few days before.
Other: There are a lot of opportunities, and we only need to take the initiative from our side.

Satisfied with good faculty members, infrastructure and facilities, and good placements in 2022.
Placements: The previous year, the percentage of students placed was 100%. This year, SRM is doing great in terms of placements. The average package offered is 7-10 LPA, whereas the lowest and highest packages are 3-4 LPA and 25-30 LPA, respectively. More than 100 companies visit the campus for recruitment. Some of the companies are Amazon, Cisco, DBS, SAP Labs, Hyundai, Hero MotoCorp, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra etc. Various roles are offered, like SDE, data analyst, electronics engineer etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of SRMIST is good. The campus has 42 blocks and is spread over 250 acres. It also has a 3-star hotel with a swimming pool and a banquet hall. The library of SRM is huge and is of 3-floors. It exists in the university building, which is the main building of SRM. It also has a very big auditorium called TP Ganeshan which can accommodate over 4000 people.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-educated and have a very helpful mindset. They always help and teach the students well. We have 2 cycle tests, 1 model exam and 1 university exam. The difficulty level of university exams is above average, but if students perform well in all the previous exams, then it will be simple for him/her to score well in university exams.

The college is pretty huge. The infrastructure is good here.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Many companies visit the college to recruit students. Currently, I do not have any idea about an internship. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, and Deloitte visit our college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good, but it lacks at some places. Classrooms are good here, and the library is pretty huge. There are many canteens in and outside the campus for good food. Even for the North Indian, there are plenty of varieties to eat. The food served is average.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching is good. In this course, we had a profit of learning both electronics and computers. The college exam is pretty tough. I have not attended for semester exams yet, but it seems a bit tough, and we are scared of it how it will be.
Other: I have chosen this course because I had the profit of getting graduated in both electronic and computer science. Due to Coronavirus, it does organised any event yet.
