JoSAA 2022 Cutoff for NITs
JoSAA 2022 Cutoff for NITs was the closing ranks for the candidates after which they would not be allowed to take admission to a particular engineering stream of a college. Candidates were able to check the cutoff of NITs for BTech streams online after the counselling rounds were completed by JoSAA.
Candidates must note that the cutoff of NITs for top BTech branches was different for each institute, branch, category, state quota, and gender. The authorities prepared the NITs cutoff for top BTech branches after considering various factors related to JEE Main. The JoSAA cutoff for NITs was used for screening of students during counselling and seat allotment processes. JoSAA 2022 Cutoff for NITs: Determining Factors
While preparing the cutoff of NITs for top Engineering branches, the authorities considered the following factors:
The JoSAA cutoff 2024 is the closing ranks of IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. Students, with the help of the cutoff for JoSAA 2024, can alter their choices of institutes and courses. The conducting authority will release the cutoff after every round of seat allotment results.
Candidates who qualified for JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced can participate in JoSAA 2025. The JoSAA 2025 seat allotment results will be released in online mode after every round. Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, and availability of seats. After the declaration of the seat allotment results, JoSAA releases cutoffs separately for every round. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority will release Rounds 2, 3, 4, and 5 cutoffs on the official website at josaa.nic.in.

Candidates must keep in mind that the cutoff for 2022 may vary from last year’s. The authority released the cutoff or closing rank after the completion of all rounds.

The authority will release the official schedule of the JoSAA. It is expected that the Round 5 seat allotment will be released in July 2024, and the cutoff will also be published in July 2024 (tentatively) on the official website at josaa.nic.in. The JoSAA cutoff will be released in the form of opening and closing ranks.
NIT Trichy is a government university and the admission to this university is based on merit and entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main. Q. What is the cut off marks for NIT?
A. The NTA released the minimum cut off marks to qualify the JEE Main and participated in the JoSAA counselling process. The cut off percentile in 2020 were for General Category: 90.3765335, GEN-EWS: 70.2435518, Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL): 72.8887969, Scheduled Caste (SC): 50.1760245, Scheduled Tribe (ST): 39.0696101, PwD: 0.0618524.

A. For rank around 30000, general category candidates can get branches like metallurgy, mining in NITs like Raipur, Jamshedpur etc. They may also get dual degrees in NIT Rourkela.

NIT Manipur JEE Main cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to the BTech courses.
