How to retrieve application form?
- Click on the link ‘forgot application’ on the login window
- Enter application number, mobile number and access code
- The application number will be displayed screen
How to retrieve password?
- In the login page, click on ‘forgot password’
- Enter application number, date of birth, OTP delivered (email or sms)
- Then enter access code
- Click on submit button and the option to change the password will be displayed
- Change the password and re-login with a new password.
