KEAM 2021 exam date for the engineering/pharmacy entrance examination announced. Candidates can check details about KEAM 2021 from below.
As per news reports, the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM) 2021 will be held on August 5 in offline mode. The KEAM 2021 exam date has been decided at a meeting chaired by the Minister for Higher Education R Bindu and CEE. KEAM 2021 was postponed by CEE Kerala which was scheduled to be held on July 24. The authority had decided to postpone KEAM 2021 exam as the Joint Entrance Examination or JEE Main 2021 is scheduled to be held in the last week of July.
KEAM 2021 is scheduled to be held in pen and paper-based mode for three subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates who wish to admission to the various Engineering courses in Kerala shall have to appear and qualify in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala. Detailed notification will be issued soon on the website.

KEAM is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admissions to various undergraduate engineering courses in the participating colleges of Kerala. Admission to engineering courses will be based on the 50:50 weightage to the marks obtained in the entrance examination and grade/marks obtained in the qualifying exam in the final year as per the standard prescribed guidelines of the authority.
