MHT CET 2026 PCM & PCB Toppers
MHT CET Toppers List 2026 (OUT): The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has declared the MHT CET results for sessions 1 and 2. Along with this, the authorities have published the toppers list for both PCM and PCB groups. Candidates who obtain the highest score in the exam become the toppers.
This year, the first attempt recorded 26 toppers in the PCM stream and 11 students in PCB group. The second attempt exam results highlight lesser participate and consequently, fewer toppers. There are 11 PCM toppers and 4 PCB toppers. The detailed list of MHT CET 2026 toppers can be checked on this page.
The MHT CET exam was conducted for admission to engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, and other professional courses offered by colleges across Maharashtra. The exam was held in a two-attempt format, similar to JEE Main, giving students an additional opportunity to improve their performance.

With 97.5 percentile in MHT-CET, you have a strong chance to get admission in reputed colleges like PICT Pune, VIT Pune, SPIT Mumbai, or Thakur College of Engineering for branches such as IT, ECE, or Electrical. COEP and VJTI may be difficult for CSE. Government colleges like WCE Sangli, SGGS Nanded, and GCOE Amravati are also good options. You can get preferred branches in private colleges and core branches in government ones. Your chances further improve if you belong to a reserved category or have home university advantage within Maharashtra.
For the General HS category, the cutoff ranged from 4.33 to 20.54 percentile for M.Tech course specialisations. Therefore, students need to attain at least 4.33 percentile for admissions at COEP Pune. MHT CET M.Tech percentiles are required for admission to M.Tech courses at COEP, Pune.
Students should note that the above mentioned percentile is only valid for the General HS category in the last round. Other rounds and categories will have different minimum qualifying percentiles. To know more, students can click here.
