RRB Syllabus 2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) is responsible for conducting several recruitment exams in various departments such as RRB ALP (Assistant Loco Pilot), RRB NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories), RRB Group D exams and RRB JE (Junior Engineer). It is important for the candidates to be well aware with the syllabus of their respective exams to gain good marks. Syllabus plays an important role in the preparation. The authority releases the syllabus of various railway exams along with the notification for the RRB exam. The syllabus consits of the details of sections asked in the exam, topics, sub-topics, etc. Therefore, we can say that the syllabus is the foundation for Railway exams. Railway RRB NTPC Syllabus 2025

RRB NTPC exam is conducted to select candidates for graduate and undergraduate posts under Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) in various zonal railways and production units of Indian Railways. RRB NTPC exam pattern is such that it is divided into first-stage CBT, second-stage CBT, CBAT, typing skill test, and document verification/medical examination.

RRB NTPC Syllabus for CBAT

RRB NTPC syllabus for CBAT comprises Intelligence Test, Selective Attentive Test, Spatial Scanning Test, Information Ordering and Personality Test. The exam is conducted for Traffic Assistants and Station Masters. This exam comprises different test batteries that comprise five to six tests. 

RRB NTPC Syllabus for Typing Test

Typing test is conducted for Senior Time Keeper, Junior Account Assistant Cum Typist, and Senior Clerk Cum Typist posts. In this test, candidates are required to type 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Hindi.

RRB Group D exam is conducted to recruit eligible candidates for various posts in Level-1 of the seventh CPC pay matrix such as Helper/Assistant Pointsman, Track Maintainer Grade-IV, and many more in various departments of Indian Railways. The CBT of RRB Group D exam comprises four sections-General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning and General Awareness and Current Affairs. Total marks allotted to CBT are 100. Based on the marks obtained in CBT, candidates are called for PET. The PET is qualifying in nature. Those who qualify the PET are called for document verification. Final empanellment of candidates is done based on the performance in CBT subject to their qualifying the document verification and medical exam.
