ATMA 2019 Analysis
ATMA 2019 exam was conducted on February 17, 2019. ATMA exam scores help in getting admission in top management institutes of India. Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) conducts this exam three to five times a year. In 2019, ATMA exam was an online exam. The exam was divided into six sections such as Analytical Reasoning Skills I and II, Verbal Skills I and II and Quantitative Skills I and II. The total duration of the examination was 180 minutes and the total number of questions was 180. The mode of the language of the examination was English.

In 2019 exam, the marking scheme was as follows:
- One mark for each correct answer
- Negative marking; this means0.25 marks were deducted for every wrong answer
Time allotment for each section is given below in detail:
- Analytical Reasoning Skill Part 1: 30 questions- 30 minutes
- Analytical Reasoning Skill Part 2: 30 questions – 30 minutes
- Quantitative Skills Part 1: 30 questions – 30 minutes
- Quantitative Skills Part 2: 30 questions – 30 minutes
- Verbal Skills Part 1: 30 questions- 30 minutes
- Verbal Skills Part 2: 30 question- 30 minutes
According to sources, the difficulty level of the questions in ATMAA 2019 was as follows:
- Quantitative Skills - Moderate
- Reasoning Analytical Skills - Moderate to High
- Reasoning Section - Difficult
- Verbal Ability - Moderate
In quantitative skills section scoring topics are Number System and Data Interpretation. The cut-off range for 2019 exam was 65-150 in different colleges.
ATMA 2020 Analysis
The pattern total number of questions, mode of examination and number of sections and examination duration of ATMA 2020 was the same as it was in 2019. In quantitative skills, more questions were from data interpretation. As compared to last year, the difficulty level of questions in different sections was:
- Quantitative Skills was conceptual,
- Analytical reasoning - Moderate
- Verbal skills questions - Moderate.
This year that is ATMA 2020, the cut-off range was 70-150 for different colleges. Top colleges, accepting ATMA scores are PUMBA (MBA, Pharmaceuticals and Biotech) in Pune with 95 percentile score, Welingkar Institute of Management with 90 percentile score. Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow with 80 percentile, Indus Business Academy Bangalore: 90 percentile and so on.

Yes, PUMBA accepts ATMA scores for MBA admissions. The ATMA cut off for PUMBA is usually high and ranges between 85 to 90 percentile.

JBIMS does not accept ATMA scores anymore for MMS admissions and it accepts CAT, MAH MBA CET, and GMAT scores.
