BAAT is conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. BITS Pilani MBA entrance exam is conducted for Business Analytics admission. This entrance exam consists of questions from two different sections, including Management Aptitude and Analytics Aptitude. BITS BAAT Eligibility Criteria 2027

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for BITS BAAT 2027 exam:

• Qualifying exam: Minimum of a three-year bachelor’s degree course, irrespective of the discipline or equivalent.
• Score in qualifying exam: 60 per cent aggregate 
• Compulsory subjects: Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics at 10+2 or higher level.

NOTE: Students who are in the final year of their Qualifying Degree programme are also eligible to apply, provided they can submit the original copies of the results till 1st October, 2027, and fulfil other criteria. Candidates with prior exposure to a programming language are desirable

How to Apply for BITS BAAT

4. Complete the one time registration to generate User ID and password

BITS BAAT 2027 syllabus comprises topics from two different sections, namely Management Aptitude and Analytics Aptitude. The Management Aptitude section under BITS BAAT syllabus is further divided into three subsections. Candidates will get three hours to answer all MCQs appearing in the BITS BAAT exam. BITS, Pilani releases BITS BAAT admit card 2027 online on its official website. Candidates have to to download the BITS BAAT hall ticket using the login details that are generated at the time of registration. BITS BAAT hall ticket have several information, like personal details, test centre address, reporting time, exam duration, etc. Candidates are required to carry a hard copy of the BITS BAAT 2027 admit card on the exam day. Candidates appearing at the test centre without a physical copy of the BAAT hall ticket will face denial in entry to the exam hall. Along with the BAAT admit card, candidates are required to carry an ID proof for verification purposes.

BITS, Pilani, will release BITS BAAT results 2027 for all the candidates who take the online exam. BITS MBA Selection Criteria

The BITS BAAT 2027 selection process features a multi-stage evaluation. Candidates must pass the Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT) or hold valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores. Shortlisted applicants complete a Personal Interview (PI), with final selections based on entrance scores, PI performance, academic history, and work experience.

• Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their scores in the Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT) conducted by BITS Pilani. Alternatively, candidates can use their valid CAT, XAT, or GMAT scores in place of or to supplement the BAAT.
• Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who meet the cutoffs are invited to a Personal Interview (PI) round, which assesses communication, management aptitude, and industry awareness.
• Final Merit List: The final admission offer is a composite score calculated using the following factors:
  • Performance in the BAAT (or equivalent management entrance exams).
  • Performance in the Personal Interview (PI).
  • Academic History (Undergraduate marks and background).
  • Work Experience (if any).
