Biological classification is categorization of living organism based on different parameters such as evolutionary traits, structural similarities, differences in characteristics etc. It comprises five-kingdom system based on different characteristics mainly Monera, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia. NEET PYQ of biological classification helps students prepare each detail carefully so that there is no scope of losing marks from this section in exam. Ideally, students should study five kingdom system in details and practice previous year questions on these topics. Questions are also asked from topics such as bacteria, virus, fungi and students are advised to study structural differences at cellular and functional level of these microorganisms.

Q:   What does NEET counselling seat matrix mean?
A: 

NEET counselling seat matrix refers to the number of seats offered across the participating institutes for each course. The seat matrix is released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) before the commencement of the counselling process. The seat matrix is released in institute-wise categories for the types of institutes, such as Deemed universities, AIIMS & JIPMER, etc. For NEET 2025 counselling, the primary seat matrix released by MCC for Round 1 was of for Deemed University, Central University, BSc Nursing and AIQ seats. After that, for the second and third rounds, MCC releases the list of newly added seats along with the clear vacancy and virtual vacancy.
